Arizona Columbine Garden Club

Monday Mornings at the White House

Arizona Columbine Garden Club has partnered with Dennis Thompson and the White House Floral Design Studio to repurpose and reuse flowers that are then delivered to hospice facilities and retirement communities throughout the Valley bringing a bit of cheer to the sick and the elderly. Several Mondays each month 8 – 10 Columbine members meet with their flower arranging tools and vases in hand to arrange flowers returned to the White House from the previous weekend festivities, galas or weddings. The members rearrange flowers into smaller containers delivering 75-90 arrangements each week to the various facilities.
